I have a small studio/gallery in my home where I welcome the opportunity to share my love of painting. I have taught beginner/intermediate watercolour  at our local senior centre and individual students in my home.  Classes of 1 to 10 students can be accommodated. I can supply all necessary brushes etc. I usually demo some techniques and then we put them to use in a small painting. Subject can be of students choice.
I have also taught Paint Nights in acrylics, where wine and fun is usually mandatory!

I was very pleased to be accepted into the Valley Artisans  Gallery. It is located in Deep River , Ontario  If you are on the Transcanada going by Algonquin Park stop in.

I am working hard on establishing my Art gallery in my new hometown of Pembroke,  There are many steps to being a professional artist I am finding but it is fun.  Stay tuned for my opening details.  And step by if you are in the hood!

I was delighted to receive the first ever Outstanding Artist of the Year 2020 award from the Prince Rupert Arts Council. It came with a lovely trophy , flowers and a cash award. There was also a professional portrait session included. But best of all, I was able to choose the Emerging Artist of the year.  A very special dinner night was held also. Hardest part was not telling anyone for two months.
